These fellas were ported over a while back into Tower Unite. Zephyr and Nimbus are using their HD models since the Wii models are extremely low detailed. Wind Warrior didn't receive an HD model only slightly higher resolution textures.
Not too much of a difference aside from Zephyr's placement.

I believe this is the image you're looking for? I don't think there is a version of him without the little waves of wind.
It's not perfect, but this'll be the closes to a version without the little waves of wind.

Mocca was the one that drew the picture of Zephyr. She also founded the Tornado Outbreak group on Deviantart.
As long as it's cool with Mocca, then go for it.
He probably just had too much Cuppah Joe.
I haven't played Undertale neither, but I know a few people who has played the game and were fans of TO.
I always imagined that Tornado Outbreak took place in the same universe as Sly Cooper.
