Carnival Chaos (Outro) is the tenth unlockable story related cutscene in Tornado Outbreak. The cutscene is automatically unlocked once the player completes Carnival Chaos.

One moment, Zephyr and his army of Wind Warrior experience an earthquake which results in the ground opening beneath them. During the process, four different Wind Warriors get trapped below ground.
Eager to continue the mission of finding Omegaton's orbs, Zephyr promises the Wind Warriors paid vacations if they managed to quickly recover.
