Coastal Calamity (Outro) is the sixteenth unlockable story related cutscene in Tornado Outbreak. The cutscene is automatically once the player completes Coastal Calamity.

Omegaton, once believe to be the greatest hero turned out to be a manipulative villain who tricked Zephyr. Nimbus and the Wind Warriors into retrieving his stolen orbs of power in order to gain all of his strength.
The Fire Flyers later explain to Nimbus about Omegaton's declivous plans and dug an underground sanction to protect him from the Sun's deadly uv-rays. Zephyr, Nimbus, and the army of Wind Warriors travel to their final destination; Tokyo to thwart Omegaton's evil plans....
