Dev Madan was the co-founder of Loose Cannon Studios, a company that has since become defunct.
He served as an Art Director for Tornado Outbreak and contributed to the creation of the game design document alongside Matthew Scott and Ricci Rukavina. He is most notably recognized for his roles as art director, character designer, and writer for the Sly Cooper franchise at Sucker Punch Productions.

Madan joined Sucker Punch Productions in 1998 and worked on Rocket:Robot on Wheels for the Nintendo 64. From 2002- 2005, Madan served as an Art Director for the Sly Cooper series.
Loose Cannon Studios[]
After the completion of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, Madan formed Loose Cannon Studios with Matthew Scott and Ricci Rukavina. Madan was responsible for arranging meetings with publishers, recruiting, scheduling, game design and concept art.
