Omni Audio, also known as Omni Interactive Audio, was a Seattle-based sound design company that created various sound effects for Tornado Outbreak and other titles.
Founded in 2002 by Alistair Hirst and Robert Ridihalgh, the company specialized in creating immersive audio experiences for video games. In Tornado Outbreak, Omni Audio was responsible for designing the sound effects for the different types of structures destroyed by the tornado, as well as creating the various growls and ambient sounds for Zephyr's tornado. The company ceased operations in July 2013.
