Scoring

In Tornado Outbreak, the player is given a score based on the amount of Fire Flyers collected.

The basics[]

A single Flyer gives the player 1000 points. In additional to the total amount of Fire Flyers grabbed, a number is multiplied to the score that depends on the various factors.

Seconds[]

Initially, players are scored by the total amount of Fire Flyers grabbed multiplied by the total amount of seconds added to the timer.

${total~ \times ~ 1000~ \times ~ multiplier = ~ score}$

For instance, if you were to grab four Flyers at once, you would get

${4~ \times ~ 1000~ \times ~ 3 = ~ 12000}$

Multiplier[]

If five or more Flyers are absorbed, the multiplier ranges from 3 all the way up to 15.
