The Promotional Copy was an exclusive version of Tornado Outbreak that was distributed by Konami to various game distributors in European Countries. While a Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of the copy exists, it is uncertain if one exists for the Nintendo Wii port. Unlike the retail version, the game's disc cover is nothing but a solid white disc comprising of the words "TORNADO OUTBREAK" on the top of the disc with the bottom reading "PROMOTIONAL DISC NOT FOR RESALE".
An interesting oddity about the promotional copy is its inclusion of USK 12 and PEGI 7, two different rating systems on the cover.
